We are unable to change the shipping address after the order has shipped, this policy is an effort to prevent fraudulent orders being rerouted after checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason. We also cannot accept returns of magnetic drills. We do not accept returns of drain cleaning equipment and certain other hazmat items due to health and safety concerns.
